Parents: Our Tournament of Bands is in just two weeks! We need ALL HANDS ON DECK!!! Please sign up for Volunteer help and start bringing in your food donations to help us raise the maximum amount of dollars to help our kids!

Wednesday- Evening Rehearsal 6:00 PM-9:15 PM

Friday-Call 5:00 PM Pre-Game performance of our field show at 6:10PM! This is Homecoming and our band performs before the game. Students will come back to the Band Room after the show and change into Red Polos and Black Shorts or Black Pants and go back up to the game for Pep tunes!

After the Game, Load the trucks for the Poway Tournament on Saturday.

Parents! Buy a ticket and enjoy the show! We need a sea of red cheering on our students!!!

*Students who wish to go to Homecoming are dismissed as soon as they change out of uniform.

Awards at 9:00 PM should be over by 9:30 PM. Please pick up your student on time!

Tuesday-Period 5 Parade Band Block Rehearsal

Wednesday 8th Grade Rehearsal Night! Pizza party at 5:00 PM Rehearsal runs 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM so plan accordingly since it will be a late night!

Thursday field band rehearsal

Friday 8th Grade Night at the Football Game!

Call time: 5:30 PM Change into uniform, warm up with 8th graders…8th Graders perform as part of the halftime show and may leave after halftime.

Monday-Wednesday Parade auditions

Wednesday- 6:00 PM-9:15 PM Rehearsal…we will do a shako run the last hour so prepare your hair!

Saturday-RANCHO BERNARDO TOURNAMENT! Parents: please deliver your students to the RB Parking lot by 7:00 PM 13010 Paseo Lucido, San Diego, CA. Then buy a ticket and enjoy the show. The tournament begins at 6:00 PM.

Mt. Carmel Performs at 8:45 PM followed by the awards ceremony. Please retrieve your student by 9:50 PM. Please be respectful to our chaperones and pick up your student on time!!!
