First Home Football Game Info for 8/17

What: 1st FOOTBALL GAME

Where: Music Building

When: THURSDAY, AUGUST 17
5:45 pm Call time
6:15 pm March into Sundevil Stadium
7:00 pm Game Starts
9:15 pm Band Dismissal

Dress: Summer uniform [Black shorts, white shoes, white socks, RED polo]


Band Camp / Orchestra Camp Potluck What To Bring!

The Band Camp Potluck will be this Friday, August 11th. Band, Color Guard, and Orchestra performances will begin at 5:30 pm and following that, we will dive into the food! Not sure what you need to bring? Check out the info below:

Brass Instruments – Side Dishes
Woodwinds – Entrees
Color Guard – Desserts
Percussion – Salads
Orchestra – Side Dishes

The Band Camp / Orchestra Camp Concert and Potluck will be held in the Lunch Quad.


Prop Repair Work

Band Dad’s! We will be getting together on Saturday, August 12th to work on and repair props and Pit items. If you’re interested in helping out here’s the info below:

When: Saturday, August 12, 2023
Where: Outside next to the Mt Carmel Band Room
When: 7:00 am until whenever we get tired or get to a point in the projects where they may need to continue at a later date.
What to bring: If you have any tools such as wrenches, socket wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. Work gloves.

Note: MC Admin said that on the 12th there will be no power to the school due to the company installing the solar panels doing some hookup work. So it’s manual labor for sure.
