Marching Band and Color Guard

WE WILL MEET AT MT. CARMEL HIGH SCHOOL
9550 Carmel Mountain Rd. San Diego, CA 92129

6:15 am Call time
6:30 am 3 Charter Buses arrive at Mt. Carmel HS
7:00 am Depart MCHS for Arcadia HS
180 Campus Dr, Arcadia, CA 91006
9:30 am Arrive @ Arcadia HS Students get snacks and hydrated

After parking at Arcadia High School, buses will be locked. BUS DRIVERS ARE FREE AT THIS TIME.

10:15 am Stretch/Change into uniform
11:00 am Warm-up
12:00 pm Move to Staging
12:15 pm *Staging Location Corner of Campus Dr and Holly Ave
12:38 pm Official Warm up run
12:45 pm Parade Performance
2:00 pm Awards
2:45 pm Bus drivers report back to buses
3:00 pm Depart Arcadia HS for Citrus College 1000 W Foothill Blvd Glendora, CA 91741
3:45 pm Arrive at Citrus College- Once arriving, students will unload the buses, Senior Moment, EAT, and get changed into uniform. After the students have left the buses, the coaches may be locked.

After parking at Citrus College, buses will be locked. BUS DRIVERS FREE AT THIS TIME.

4:15 pm Stretches/Change into uniform
4:30 pm Visual Warm-up
5:00 pm Official Warm-up time (Front ensemble set up near path)
5:20 pm Winds Warm up/Run Through (Front ensemble and Battery Percussion Ensemble)
5:30 pm Sectional Time/Warm up/Tune
5:45 pm FULL Ensemble Run Through (Band will join Percussion)
6:00 pm Walk to staging
6:15 pm Staging
6:22 pm Performance
Return to truck to take off shakos/plumes and pack truck
Stay in uniform for FULL RETREAT
8:30 pm Awards
9:00 pm Bus Drivers report back to buses
9:30 pm Depart Citrus College for Mt. Carmel HS 9550 Carmel Mountain Rd. San Diego, CA 92129

The information below is for the Marching Band
3:45 pm 3 School Buses arrive @Mt. Carmel HS 9550 Carmel Mountain Rd. San Diego, CA 92129
4:00 pm Depart MCHS for Rancho Buena Vista HS 1601Longhorn Dr, Vista, CA 92081
5:00 pm Arrive @ RBVHS/use the restroom

After parking at RBV High School, buses will be locked. BUS DRIVERS ARE FREE AT THIS TIME.

5:15 pm Stretches/Change into uniform
5:30 pm Sectional warm-up
6:00 pm Visual Warm-up
6:20 pm Winds Warm up/Run Through (Front ensemble and
Battery Percussion Ensemble)
6:45 pm FULL Ensemble Run Through (Band will join Percussion)
7:00 pm Walk to staging
7:15 pm Staging
7:30 pm Performance
7:45 pm Change out of uniform

The information below is for the Color Guard
3:30 pm → Arrive at Mt. Carmel HS (hair & makeup done, jacket and jazz shoes with you); CHANGE INTO COSTUME BEFORE BOARDING THE BUS (wear your sweats and warm-up shirt over your costume)
3:45 pm —> Buses arrive
4:00 pm —> Buses depart for RBVHS
5:00 pm → Arrive at RBV and go to the bathroom; if the bus is late for any reason, there will still be time to go to the bathroom
5:20 pm → Lined up and ready to go by the bus (if we can be lined up sooner that’d be better)
5:30 pm → Start warm-up
6:45 pm → End warm-up + touch up/apply lip stain
7:00 pm → Head to field
7:15 pm → Field
7:30 pm → Perform!
7:45 pm —> Change out of uniform (please wear your warm-up shirt and any comfortable pants)
8:15 pm → Awards
~9:00 pm → Awards end/Get back on the bus
~10:00 pm —> Arrive at MCHS and unload

The information below is for Marching Band

6:30 pm Drop off/arrive at Westview High School 13500 Camino del Sur, San Diego, CA 92129
6:45 pm Stretches/Change into uniform
7:00 pm Visual Warm up in lot (Percussion push into school near warm-up zone)
7:25 pm Move to warm-up zone
7:30 pm Official Warm-up time (Front ensemble set up facing away from the stadium)
Sectional Time/Warm up/Tune
7:40 pm Winds Warm up/Run Through (Front ensemble and Battery Percussion Ensemble)
7:50 pm FULL Ensemble Run Through (Band will join Percussion)
8:10 pm Walk to Staging
8:30 pm Performance
9:30 pm Awards/EAT
~9:50 pm Dismissal

The information below is for the Color Guard

5:30 pm → Arrive at Westview HS; Please either arrive with your costume on or change into it before we leave for warm-up (have your warm-up shirt, jazz shoes, and whatever you need to touch up with you and have your sweats and jacket on over your costume)
5:45 pm → Meet up at the truck and if the truck isn’t there, Jackie will text you where to meet
6:15 pm → Lined up and ready to go by the truck (or designated meeting area)
6:30 pm → Start warm-up
7:45 pm → End warm-up + touch up/apply lip stain
8:00 pm → Head to field
8:15 pm → Field
8:30 pm → Perform!
8:45 pm → Talk about performance + pack up; ONCE YOU HAVE CHECKED IN WITH JACKIE OR KIRSTEN (CAROLINE’S MOM), YOU ARE DISMISSED
