Jazz ‘B’
12:00 pm Student drop-off ; Meet @ Poway HS with equipment and attire (Concert Black attire)
12:30 pm Warm-up room
1:00 pm Performance
2:00 pm Student pick-up ; Conclusion of festival event/Stick around and watch Jazz groups including Jazz ‘A’

Jazz ‘A’
3:00 pm Student drop-off ; Meet @ Poway HS with equipment and attire (Concert Black attire)
3:30 pm Warm-up room
4:00 pm Performance
5:00pm Student pick-up ; Conclusion of festival event/Stick around and watch Jazz groups

Please eat before arriving to Poway HS for the performance

TRANSPORTATION IS PRIVATE VEHICLES
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME

All Parent Foundation Meeting 4/17/2024

Join us in the Mt Carmel HS Band Room on 4/17/2024 at 6:00 pm to talk about the following subjects:

• End of the year festivities & events (banquet, graduation, etc).
• Summer workshops and rehearsals
• Middle school outreach
• Marching band preliminary info/update for Fall 2024.

Poway Band & Orchestra Festival 2024

Here are the times of our students’ performances next week. We hope you can join us for the hard work our students have been doing for the past months.

Tuesday, April 2nd: Wind Ensemble 2 ; 7:30 pm Call time @Poway HS 8:30 pm performance time, please refer to the detailed itinerary below. Students will need to be dropped off AT POWAY HS

Wednesday, April 3rd: Concert Band; 7:30 am Call time @Poway HS 9:00 am performance time, please refer to the detailed itinerary below. Students will need to be dropped off AT POWAY HS and will be bused back.

Wednesday, April 3rd: Symphony Orchestra; 6:30 pm Call time @Poway HS 7:30 pm performance time, please refer to the detailed itinerary below. Students will need to be dropped off AT POWAY HS

Thursday, April 4th: Wind Ensemble 1; 6:30 pm Call time @Poway HS 7:30 pm performance time, please refer to the detailed itinerary below. Students will need to be dropped off AT POWAY HS
