Marching Band and Color Guard

WE WILL MEET AT MIRA MESA HIGH SCHOOL
10510 Marauder Way, San Diego, CA 92126

This section below is for Band.

5:30 pm Drop off/arrive
5:45 pm Stretches/Change into uniform
6:15 pm Visual Warm-up in lot (Percussion push into school near warm-up zone)
6:30 pm Move to warm-up zone
6:45 pm Official Warm-up time (Front ensemble set up facing bathrooms)
Sectional Time/Warm up/Tune
6:55 pm Winds Warm up/Run Through (Front ensemble and Battery Percussion Ensemble)
7:10 pm FULL Ensemble Run Through (Band will join Percussion)
7:25 pm Walk to staging
7:30 pm Staging
7:45 pm Performance
9:00 pm Awards/EAT
~9:30 pm Dismissal

This section below is for Color Guard

4:30 pm → Arrive at Mira Mesa HS (hair & makeup done, warm-ups on, etc.)
4:45 pm → Meet up at the truck (if the truck isn’t there, Jackie will text you where to meet)
5:15 pm → Lined up and ready to go by the truck (or designated meeting area)
5:30 pm → Start warm-up
6:50 pm → End warm-up + touch up/apply lip stain + put on costume
7:15 pm → Head to field
7:30 pm → Field
7:45 pm → Perform!
9:00 pm → Awards
~9:45pm → Approximate dismissal
