4:45pm Stretches/Change into uniform
5:00pm Official Warm up time (Front ensemble set up near path)

Sectional Time/Warm up/Tune

5:20pm Winds Warm up/Run Through (Front ensemble and Battery Percussion Ensemble)
5:30pm FULL Ensemble Run Through (Band will join Percussion)
5:50pm Walk to staging
6:00pm Staging
6:15pm Performance
7:15pm Awards/EAT
~7:30pm (or thereabouts) Dismissal
