Tournament Volunteer Sign-Up Clarification

To Parents and friends of All Band/Guard/Orchestra Students:

There has been some confusion about the Tournament Volunteer signup over the past few days.

Please refer to the below instructions for the signup process!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESS AND LINKS FOR ADULTS AND STUDENTS ARE DIFFERENT!

Everyone needs to sign up using ONE of the links below (2023 Band Tournament “ADULT SIGN UP” or “STUDENT SIGN UP” respectively).

If you filled out a letter but did not sign up using one of the links, please follow the instructions below:

IF YOU ARE AN ADULT AND HAVE NOT YET SIGNED UP FOR THE 2023 BAND TOURNAMENT PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING LINK: ADULTS SIGN UP

ADULTS PLEASE NOTE:

-If you have never used the adult sign-up page before, you will need to register the first time.

-You must provide contact information to register in case anything changes with your shift.

-ONLY sign up yourself. EVERY ADULT VOLUNTEER must register and sign up SEPARATELY to ensure that a name badge can be printed for you to move around campus on the event day.

-DO NOT SIGN UP ON THIS SITE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT/MINOR. DO NOT SIGN UP YOUR STUDENT ON THIS SITE. Students need to be signed up through the link below!

-Please sign up for at least 2 shifts and we greatly appreciate any extra time you can give to the tournament as we need many volunteers for the 800+ shifts needed to run this event.

IF YOU ARE A STUDENT AND HAVE NOT YET SIGNED UP FOR THE 2023 BAND TOURNAMENT PLEASE USE THIS LINK: STUDENTS SIGN UP

STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE:

-Please check the shift time/date when you sign up to make sure you DO NOT have a conflict with a call time for Friday football game, Saturday parade, or Saturday field show.

-You DO NOT need to provide contact information to use this site.

-You DO NOT need to be a Mt. Carmel student to sign up as a student volunteer.

-If you are NOT a band/guard student please sign up for shifts marked NON-BAND/GUARD/PARADE students first as this really helps our students who have conflicts due to specific call times.

-Every band/guard/orchestra student should sign up for at least 1 shift. Depending on outside volunteers we may need students to sign up for a 2nd shift if they are able.
